Refund Policy

Our philosophy: We want you to use Kenki because it works for you, not because you feel locked in. You may cancel at any time, and your health data remains yours regardless of your subscription status.
1. Free Tier
Kenki offers a free tier that includes core health tracking features at no cost. The free tier will remain available, and we will not remove existing free features in order to compel upgrades to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Plans
Kenki Premium is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Your subscription begins immediately upon completion of your purchase.
- Billing recurs automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless you cancel prior to renewal.
- You will be charged at the rate displayed at the time of your initial purchase for the duration of that billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions are billed in a single upfront payment for the full twelve-month period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following:
- You may cancel through your Account Settings page or by sending a written request to [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until that date.
- All of your health data will be preserved following cancellation. You will revert to the free tier; no data will be lost.
- You may resubscribe at any time to restore Premium access.
4. Refund Eligibility
Circumstances Eligible for a Refund
- Billing errors, including duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges processed after a valid cancellation.
- Extended service outages in which the Service is unavailable for more than seventy-two (72) continuous hours.
- First-time subscribers who are dissatisfied with the Service may receive a full refund within seven (7) days of their initial subscription purchase.
- Persistent technical issues that prevent access to core functionality and that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Circumstances Not Eligible for a Refund
- Change of mind after the seven-day satisfaction period has elapsed.
- Partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
- Unused time remaining on annual subscriptions, unless the request falls within the seven-day satisfaction window.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Minor or temporary service interruptions lasting fewer than seventy-two (72) hours.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include the email address associated with your Kenki account and a brief description of the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval.
- All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. App Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds for those transactions are governed by the respective platform's refund policies.
Kenki is unable to process refunds directly for purchases made through third-party app stores. Billing and refund processing for those transactions are handled entirely by the respective platform.
To cancel a subscription purchased through an app store, please manage it through your device's subscription settings rather than through the Kenki application.
7. Price Changes
In the event that we adjust subscription pricing, the following terms apply:
- We will notify you at least thirty (30) days prior to any price change taking effect.
- Your current billing period will not be affected by the price change.
- The new pricing will apply beginning with your next renewal date.
- If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before your next renewal date and you will not be charged at the revised rate.
