User Bill of Rights

Last Updated: April 2026

Your health data is deeply personal. You deserve clear, enforceable commitments about how it is handled. The following are not aspirations or guidelines. They are promises.

I
You Own Your Data
Every vital sign, medication log, meal entry, and health record that you enter into Kenki belongs to you. We store it on your behalf. We do not claim ownership, licensing rights, or any proprietary interest in your personal health information.
II
You Can Take It With You
Your data is fully portable. You may export all of your health records in standard, machine-readable formats at any time through your account settings. There are no fees, no waiting periods, and no restrictions. If you choose to leave Kenki, your data leaves with you.
III
You Can Delete Everything
Upon your request, we will permanently erase all of your personal data within thirty (30) days from our active systems and within ninety (90) days from our backup archives. When we say your data is deleted, we mean it is gone.
IV
Complete Transparency
We disclose exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, who has access to it, and how long we retain it. There is no hidden data collection and no undisclosed sharing. Our Privacy Policy and Privacy Practices are written in plain language because understanding your rights should not require a law degree.
V
Your Data Is Never Sold
We will never sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise provide your personal health data to advertisers, data brokers, insurance companies, employers, or any other third party for their commercial benefit. This commitment is foundational to our company and is not subject to revision.
VI
Security Is Not Optional
Your health data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. We enforce row-level security controls so that only you can access your records. We conduct regular security assessments of our systems. In the event that we discover a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within seventy-two (72) hours with a clear explanation of what occurred, what data was affected, and what steps we are taking in response.
VII
Equal Service for Everyone
Exercising your privacy rights will never result in degraded service, higher prices, reduced functionality, or any other form of penalty. You receive the same Kenki experience regardless of your privacy choices. Privacy is a right, not a premium feature.
VIII
Plain Language, Always
Our legal and policy documents are written for people, not for lawyers. If anything in our policies is unclear, that is a failure on our part. Contact us and we will explain it and improve the language. You should never feel confused about what you are agreeing to.
IX
Right to Be Forgotten
If you close your account, we do not retain a shadow profile. We do not keep "anonymized" copies of your data for future marketing or analytics purposes. Your information is removed from our systems entirely. When your account is closed, your presence in our records ends completely.
X
Accountability
If we fail to uphold any of these commitments, we want to know about it. Contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate your concern and respond. We publish these standards openly because meaningful accountability requires visibility.

Our Promise

These rights exist because we believe that health data is sacred. You have entrusted us with some of the most personal information there is, and we will never take that responsibility lightly.
